Impeccable service and brilliant location. If you're thinking of staying in Pamplona, seriously look no further than this hotel. They bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable and it is the best location in the city.
Absolutely nothing. They couldn't have done anything better.

Very helpful staff. Superb room. Wonderful facilities. Car was taken from outside front door to car park and returned as we left.
Difficulty in finding the hotel in the car. Because of the pedestrian areas it was very complicated to get to it. However the hotel reception staff were helpful in the utmost and eventually we made it although without SATnav I suspect it would have been impossible.

The breakfast offered here was amazing, including free hot choices, and my deluxe room had convenient amenities such as a laptop-sized safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

Perfection has reached a new height! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious rooms without overdoing it. Excellent staff: kind, friendly and helpful while staying in the background. I don't understand the other reviewers complaints about the private car park. You just ask the front desk for your car and they park it for you in front of the hotel within a few minutes.
Cannot think of one even in my grumpiest mood.

The staff was so friendly---our room was ready early which was great so we could nap a bit before sightseeing. Location to everything in old town was excellent. Would like to stay again. For some they might say it could be a bit noisy on a weekend--but that is Spain--eat late and socialize outside. Room was very soundproof with new sound proof windows and good temerature control

Excellent room and excellent air conditioning.
A very central hotel in Pamplona but there are many closed streets so access is difficult. Once I found the way the staff were very attentive and helpful.

A long established hotel that has tastefully remodelled and is maintained in perfect condition. Located at the corner of Plaza de Castilla, convenient for visiting the Cathedral, many nearby monuments, shopping area and various restaurants. The room is fantastic! Large, clean, quiet, modern lighting, sitting area and an incredible bathroom with double sinks, double rainfall showers, a bathtub and bath salts, robe, and with a separate toilet. Mirrors everywhere. Friendly staff with information on local sights, restaurants and shopping.

La Perla was a "splurge" for us, and it was worth it! We had a room facing the plaza with a balcony, which was beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location ideal for strolling through Pamplona.

The room I stayed in was big in size and had balconies overlooking the running of the bulls route. Gran Hotel La Perla is centrally located, near the Main Square where bulls pass during San Fermin's bullfights. - It is right by places like Otano, where you can enjoy a nice lunch.
